These terms cover your use of the Seedscout app, published by TerminaLLM LLC. By downloading or using Seedscout, you agree to them.

This document is a plain-language draft prepared for legal review.

License to use the app

TerminaLLM LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Seedscout on devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these terms and to the rules of the app store you install it from. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source of the app except where the law says that restriction does not apply.

The app is free to use; the unlock is a one-time purchase

Seedscout is free to download and use. The app offers a single one-time in-app purchase, a non-consumable unlock, for $2.99. It is not a subscription, there are no ads, and all future updates are included. Prices may vary by region and over time, and are shown in the app before you buy.

The purchase is sold and processed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Billing, taxes, receipts, restores, and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms. To restore a previous purchase, use the app's restore option, which asks the store to confirm your entitlement.

Acceptable use

Use Seedscout lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or misuse the app. The app is a tool for exploring world seeds; the worlds, structures, and coordinates it describes are informational.

Provided "as is"

Seedscout is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any seed, map, or result will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerminaLLM LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Seedscout. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which TerminaLLM LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws where you live.
